Druvi joined Outset Global in May 2025 as a Finance and Operations Analyst based in New York. She began her career at Morgan Stanley in Mumbai, where she managed daily collateral exchanges and led process improvement initiatives that enhanced operational efficiency. Her role also included automating manual workflows, reconciling trade discrepancies, and mentoring global team members.

Druvi holds a Master of Financial Engineering from UCLA Anderson and a Bachelor of Commerce in Financial Markets from Mithibai College, Mumbai.
