The team

Sean joined Outset Global as CFO/COO/CCO in March 2024. Prior to joining Outset Global, Sean led the North American Finance and Treasury function for Marex Group plc as the CFO of Marex North America, Marex North America Securities, and X-change Financial Access.

Prior to his concurrent roles with Marex, Sean was the Head of US Equity and ETF Operations, as well as the Vice President of Treasury during his 6 years at ABN AMRO Clearing Chicago. During Sean’s 12 years at Ronin Capital, a multi-asset, multi-strategy proprietary trading firm, Sean built the finance, treasury, and fixed income clearing functions.

Sean started his career in financial services in the regulatory sector at both the Securities Exchange Commission and Chicago Board Options Exchange. Sean received his BBA in Finance from the University of Notre Dame before attaining his MBA (Finance and Economics) with Honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.

Sean has the Series 27 license.
