In the U.S., Laurence Bag joins Outset Global with more than 25 years of global equity trading experience. Most recently a Partner at Tourmaline Partners, where he spent 16 years, Larry brings deep expertise in equity market structure and multi-cap strategies to help deliver superior trading outcomes for clients.

Sean Riley has also joined as Senior Trader and will work alongside Outset’s global equities and derivatives execution teams. Sean spent eight years as Managing Director at Tourmaline Partners and previously co-founded Glade Brook Capital Partners, a global long/short hedge fund. His earlier experience includes senior trading positions with Shumway Capital Partners, GLG Partners, Credit Suisse, and Prudential Securities.

In London, Outset welcomes Jack Markham, bringing over a decade of buy-side trading leadership across diverse investment strategies. Jack spent 13 years at Oceanwood Capital as Partner and Head of Trading, following earlier roles at SAC Capital and Dresdner Kleinwort, where he began his career.
