With a wealth of experienced and knowledge across all industries, Conor joined Outset Global in January 2013.

Scott brings 25+ years of trading experience from both the Institutional Sell Side and Buy Side.

Looking to bolster the North American entity for Outset Global, Collin joined the our team in April 2017.

Mark joined Outset Global LLP from JP Morgan in December 2017.

Rhys joined Outset Global in April 2019, bringing over 10 years of global equity experience in operations and technology.

Scott joined Outset Global in June 2020 to lead the firm’s access and initiatives into the Private markets.

Cristina joined Outset Global as COO in December of 2021. Prior to joining Outset Global, Cristina was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs in London.

Peter Joined Outset Global in 2022, bringing with him two decades of experience across Markets.

Dennis began his career on the floor of the NYSE and worked his way up, most recently running trading for a multibillion dollar multi-strategy hedge fund. He holds a series 7 and 63 license.

Abe brings nearly 20 years of buy-side and outsourced trading experience to Outset, joining in May 2023 from Jefferies where he helped to drive the growth of their outsourced trading franchise.

Paul started his career at the research boutique Safian Investment Research – a pioneer in fundamental and technical sector analysis.

Will joined the EMEA trading desk at Outset Global LLP in June 2024, bringing over 10 years of global markets experience.

Stanley joined Outset Global (HK) in February 2025. Prior to this, he spent 14 years at T. Rowe Price as Senior Vice President, trading equities across Asian and Frontier markets.

Greg joined Outset Global in 2025, bringing with him nearly two decades of expertise in buyside trading. His illustrious career began in 2005 at ABP Asset Management.

Billy brings over 10 years of APAC trading experience in buy-side firms, with extensive expertise in managing global equities, fixed income, derivatives, and structured products.

John joined Outset Global in March 2025 as a recent graduate.

Robert Castello joined Outset Global in September 2025, bringing more than 23 years of experience in both buy-side and sell-side operations.

Alice joined Outset Global Hong Kong in November 2025 after moving from the UK. Her previous role was working at L&G investment management in London.

Larry joined Outset in November 2025. A founding team member and Partner at Tourmaline Partners, he played a key role in driving the firm’s growth since its launch in 2011.

Richard joined Outset as US CFO in November 2025 with over 20 years of experience. A qualified accountant, Richard formerly served as Global Finance director at BrokerTec and US CFO at GFI.

Jack brings over 20 years of experience leading multiple trading desks and covering a broad range of hedge fund strategies, from startups to global multi-strategy platforms.

Tim O'Halloran is a seasoned financial industry executive with over 25 years of experience launching and building businesses.

Sean Riley is a seasoned trading executive with more than 25 years of experience leading top-tier trading desks across global hedge funds and investment managers.

Lillie joins Outset Global in April 2026, after four years at DWS Group as a Multi Asset trader.

Billy joins Outset Global in April 2026, having worked at OppenheimerFunds, Invesco and Nomura over a ten-year span.

John Eagan joined Outset Global as US CCO in April 2026, bringing extensive experience in regulatory oversight and institutional trading.
