The team

Cristina is the firm’s Global Chief Operating Officer and Chief Financial Officer, overseeing finance, operations and strategic initiatives across the firm’s businesses in London, New York and Hong Kong.

With extensive experience in financial services, Cristina is responsible for strengthening the firm’s infrastructure, governance and operating model while driving initiatives that improve efficiency, scalability and the use of technology across the business.

Prior to joining the firm, Cristina was an Executive Director at Goldman Sachs and has built a career working across complex, regulated financial environments in both the UK and the US. She brings a global perspective to the firm’s continued growth and development.

Cristina holds an MBA from the University of Exeter and the FINRA Series 27 license.
