Keegan joined Outset Global Hong Kong in July 2026.

Prior to joining Outset, Keegan worked as an Operations Analyst for the Equity Finance – Stock Borrowing and Lending desk at Macquarie Group working with trade settlement and reconciliations.

He began his finance career as an Operations Analyst for the Cash Equities department at Bernstein (previously Societe Generale) where he spent over a year working across the full trade lifecycle and supporting settlements, client servicing and dealing with brokerage account setups.
