His career includes a notable four-year tenure at Lake Bleu Asset Management, a firm recognized for its focus on the healthcare sector, where he developed specialized knowledge in sector-specific investing. Before that, he worked at several long/short asset management firms, sharpening his ability to navigate both long and short strategies with a strategic and dynamic approach.

Renowned for his versatility across multiple financial instruments and deep market insight, he has a proven track record of success in diverse investment environments. His combination of broad expertise and targeted experience in sector-focused trading positions him as a standout professional in the field. Billy holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Windsor, Ontario, Canada and he speaks English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
