The team

Richard joined Outset Global as US CFO in November of 2025. Prior to this, Richard was Managing Director at Cantor Fitzgerald. He has over 20 years of experience in the financial services industry.

Earlier in his career Richard served as Global Finance director at BrokerTec and US CFO at GFI where he assisted the businesses’ international expansions along with ongoing enhancements to the existing finance functions.

Richard is an ACCA qualified accountant, has a BA in Economics and Financial Services, and maintains a Series 27 license.
