Sean Riley is a seasoned trading executive with more than 25 years of experience leading top-tier trading desks across global hedge funds and investment managers. As Managing Director at Outset Global, he leverages deep market expertise to deliver precise execution and actionable insights for hedge funds, private equity firms, family offices, and RIAs.

Before joining Outset Global in December 2025, Sean spent eight years as Managing Director at Tourmaline Partners, overseeing global equity and derivatives execution. He previously co-founded Glade Brook Capital Partners, a $1 billion global long/short hedge fund, and held senior trading roles at Shumway Capital Partners ($9B AUM), GLG Partners ($24B AUM), Credit Suisse, and Prudential Securities.

Sean earned his BA in Government from Dartmouth College and holds Series 7, 24, 55, and 63 licenses.
