The team

Tim O’Halloran is a seasoned financial industry executive with over 25 years of experience launching and building businesses. Tim joins Outset Global to help develop our U.S. business and further raise Outset’s global presence and industry profile.

Most recently, Tim spent 8 years with Tourmaline Partners in a similar capacity and was instrumental in their industry growth and success. Previously, he was a Co-Founder and Co-President of Westminster Research Associates LLC. He began his professional career at Lehman Brothers in equity research and trading.

Tim has spoken at numerous industry conferences and events in both the United States and abroad and has authored thought pieces on outsourced and supplemental trading, CSAs, and commission management.

Tim earned an MBA with a concentration in Finance (with Honors) from Fordham University and a BS in Business Economics from The State University of New York at Oneonta. He holds Series 7, 63 and 24 licenses.
